About the Artist
Fascinated with images at a very young age, Becky used to tear photos from her mother’s magazines. She studied art in high school and at the University of Wisconsin. However, it wasn’t until she began photographing the children in her daycare that she realized how much she enjoyed being behind the camera capturing those precious moments. The camera became an outlet for expressing her creativity. Having this new passion for art, she went on to study photography at Madison College.
Becky views each individual or family as a blank canvas that she can shape and sculpt into beautiful and unique images. She has the creative skills to convey someone’s essence in a photo that anyone would be happy to hang on the wall for a lifetime. Designing with a very unique style, she uses elements of locations and personalities of people for composition, creating photographs of people infused with heart and humor.
